So the wife was out of the house tonight and this seemed like a great time to grill up those Bangers I made on Sunday. It only took a couple calls to recruit two buddies to join me for UK Basketball and Bangers. This was a rather simple meal of Bangers, Mash and Onion Gravy. I braised the Bangers in beer and onions for about 20 minutes then sauteed them gold brown in pan. Boiled and mashed some Yukon Gold spuds and whipped in butter and milk. The Onion Gravy, well lets just say it was Onion Gravy.
